PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES

The payment can be made via:

  • Valid credit card/debit card;
  • SEPA payment
  • Wire Transfer

Unless otherwise stated, all prices/fees are quoted in USD.

Our website uses third-party payment providers to receive payments for Services from users. We are not responsible for delays or erroneous transaction execution or cancellation of orders due to payment issues.

We take utmost care to work with 3rd party payment providers, but do not control their systems, processes, technology, and workflows, hence cannot be held responsible for any fault at the end of payment providers.

Our website reserves the right to refuse to process transactions by users with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Buyer with us or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.

The users acknowledge that we will not be liable for any damages, interests or claims, etc. resulting from not processing a Transaction/Transaction Price or any delay in processing a Transaction/Transaction Price which is beyond our control.

Our website reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyers’ fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful act or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Customers shall not be charged for the free Trial period.

LeadDelta does not require payment details from the Customer and/or User who wishes to start the free Trial.

Subscription may be paid on a monthly or yearly basis. Current pricing details are accessible on Our Pricing page.

The Service is billed in advance in accordance with our pricing schedule and all payments are non-refundable.

All monthly subscriptions will auto-renew on the scheduled renewal date unless the customer requests cancellation prior to the renewal date.

All annual subscriptions will auto-renew on the scheduled renewal date unless a cancellation is requested by the customer 10 days prior to the renewal date.

All subscriptions can be canceled from the billing page within the account, by sending the request to support via chat or email to support@leaddelta.com.

There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund for any service already paid for.

Upon the cancellation, the Customer and/or User will be able to access their Account for the period which has been covered by the last payment.

LeadDelta reserves the right to suspend or end the Services to you in whole or part at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, without incurring liability of any kind if you are not complying with these Terms, or if you are violating these Terms and/or Services.
