How To Use Message Templates In LeadDelta

Once you have built yourself a database of templates, you can start using them inside LeadDelta.

You can use them in two ways.

While conversing with a connection through the smart inbox, you can pull up your template database and select a message template you want to send.

The other way is using message templates for messaging multiple connections, otherwise known as bulk messaging.

While in the connections tab, you can select multiple connections you want to message and click “Message,” to select a template you want to send.

Your message will be sent to all the connections you selected.

This is super useful when doing marketing campaigns, announcements, or many other use cases.

Very important to keep in mind: You can always edit your message before sending it, and this will not affect the original template.

Try to find something in common or ask questions to start a conversation.
