We started LeadDelta in 2021 with one belief: the best deals, hires, and partnerships come through relationships and warm introductions you’ve earned. Not cold emails. Not mass DMs.

Your network, the thousands of people you’ve met, worked with, and earned, just sit there, scattered across a feed you can’t organize and a search you can’t trust. Traditional CRMs ignore it completely. And the “growth” tools turn into a spam channel, blasting strangers with copy-pasted pitches that make everyone’s inbox worse.

So we built the opposite. LeadDelta is a CRM for the network you’ve already built, a place to see your connections, organize them, keep the context, and act on them as a team, with an AI inbox that helps you respond like a person instead of a script.

Hey there,

Success is in the agency of others.

I’d spent years building a network, thousands of people I’d genuinely met, worked with, and learned from, and it was just sitting there, a network owned by someone else. Scattered across a feed I couldn’t organize, buried in an inbox I dreaded opening. Meanwhile, every tool on the market wanted me to ignore those people entirely and blast a thousand strangers with the same message. That always felt backward. The best things that ever happened in my career never came from a cold pitch. They came from someone I already knew, or someone one introduction away.

So in 2020, while going through an acquisition of my previous business, we set out to build the tool I wished existed: a CRM for the network you’ve already earned. A place to actually see your connections, organize them, remember the context, and stay close to the people who matter, without becoming the spammer none of us want to be.

That belief still runs the company. We’re here to help you get more out of your relationships and do it as a team. So your company’s collective network becomes something you can act on, not just a number in a profile. That is the base.

We are a lean, remote team of makers who care about the craft, building for tens of thousands of people who think about their network the way we do, based in San Francisco, Vancouver, Ottawa, and Novi Sad (for now).

    For me, the best browser CRM for LinkedIn The best feature is the ability to filter contacts according to numerous relevant criteria, along with the tagging and task functions. This allows you to maintain an optimal overview and communicate effectively with your network. Another highlight is the ability to unfollow or remove multiple contacts simultaneously using the filtering and batch function if they are no longer relevant. A huge plus is the message inbox, mirrored from LinkedIn, which is much larger and more user-friendly. Here, too, you can tag and filter messages. Future plans include the integration of CRMs with LeadDelta, which will further enhance efficiency. I'm still missing some filter functions to more quickly find active LinkedIn users or to identify users with many or few followers. A folder function in the Messenger inbox would also be great. I've been with LinkedIn since day one, and the feature development is fantastic. I can keep track of my network. I can identify and tag leads and make notes on relevant contacts. The new task function lets me set up tasks and reminders. The biggest advantage is that I have all my contact information at a glance and can use it to reach out to them. Network maintenance and hygiene are also possible thanks to the numerous filter functions. And the messenger is much clearer than LinkedIn's small windows.
